十文字鎗 壱本 鞘なし 山鳥羽矢《割書：根無之》一筋
鑓之鞘五本 浅野内匠頭家来村松三大夫と云札 二十枚
右之通捨有之
〇一此上は泉岳寺へ罷越彼首御廟所へ奉備其後何れも
切腹可仕と申合心静に引取最初如示合途中引まとひ
吉良殿首を小袖の袖に包長刀の柄に括り附先無縁寺
辺に而可致休息候其内に上杉家ゟ討手可参候間快勝負
可致と寅之後刻屋敷を引取申候然る処猶又火之元無心元

一学殿の門前に捨ててあった物
十文字槍 一本 鞘なし 山鳥の羽根の矢（根なし）一筋
槍の鞘 五本 浅野内匠頭の家来村松三太夫という札 二十枚
右の通り捨ててあった
〇一 この上は泉岳寺へ向かい、あの首を御廟所へお供えし、その後皆で
切腹をしようと申し合わせ、心静かに引き取った。最初の示し合わせの通り、途中で引きまとい、
吉良殿の首を小袖の袖に包み、長刀の柄に括り付け、先ず無縁寺の
辺りで休息しようということであった。その間に上杉家から討手が来るであろうから、立派に勝負を
しようと、寅の刻の後に屋敷を引き取った。しかしながら、なお火の元が心もとなく
