夫々へ被仰渡松平隠岐守殿病気に付登 城無之御奉書
を以被 仰付左之通
浅野内匠頭家来拾人其方へ御預け被成候右之者共芝
泉岳寺に罷在候仙石伯耆守鈴木源五右衛門杉田五左衛門
罷越候間泉岳寺へ家来者共差越可被請取候以上

右御請相済候也御奉書十五日之昼過 御城ゟ直に被遣候
御請は即御使へ被相渡御用番へ御使者を以御奉書之趣奉得
現代語訳
それぞれへ申し渡された。松平隠岐守殿は病気のため登城せず、御奉書をもって申し付けられた。左の通り：
「浅野内匠頭家来十人をそちらへ御預けになる。右の者どもは芝泉岳寺にいる。仙石伯耆守・鈴木源五右衛門・杉田五左衛門が赴くので、泉岳寺へ家来者どもを差し向けて請け取るべし。以上」

右の御請けが相済んだ。御奉書は十五日の昼過ぎに御城から直接遣わされた。御請けはすぐに御使いへ相渡され、御用番へ使者をもって御奉書の趣旨を申し上げた。
英語訳
[The instructions] were conveyed to each [location]. Lord Matsudaira Oki-no-kami was ill and did not attend the castle, so [the instructions] were given through an official letter (gobunjo) as follows:
"Ten retainers of Asano Takumi-no-kami are to be placed in your custody. These men are currently at Shiba Sengakuji Temple. Sengoku Hoki-no-kami, Suzuki Gengoro-emon, and Sugita Gozaemon will go there, so send your retainers to Sengakuji Temple to receive them. That is all."

The above acknowledgment was completed. The official letter was sent directly from the castle on the afternoon of the 15th. The acknowledgment was immediately handed to the messenger, and the contents of the official letter were reported to the duty officer through a messenger.
