越中守殿から駕籠十七挺が門内に入り、式台で一人ずつ受け取り、身体検査をして駕籠に乗せ、十七人残らず乗り終わると、一挺ずつ順々に門を出し、人数で囲んで帰っていった
一、水野監物殿からは馬廻り三十騎、歩卒五百名、駕籠は一様に錠前をかけ、末端の者まで武装し、襷掛け、鉢巻をしていたとのこと
一、右のお預かりの人々がそれぞれの屋敷へ到着すると、四ヶ所から使者をもって稲葉丹後守殿へご報告を申し上げ、その他の老中へもお知らせしたとのこと。伯耆守殿も目付衆へ使者でお知らせを申し入れたとのこと

Seventeen palanquins from Lord Etchu-no-kami entered through the gate, and at the ceremonial platform, they received the prisoners one by one, conducted body searches, placed them in palanquins, and after all seventeen had boarded without exception, the palanquins exited the gate one by one in succession, surrounded by guards, and departed
One: From Lord Mizuno Kenmotsu: thirty mounted guards, five hundred foot soldiers; the palanquins were uniformly fitted with locks, and it is said that even the lowest-ranking soldiers were armed and wore shoulder sashes and headbands
