現代語訳
ありましたので、急いで出たところ、弓で射られて矢傷を負いましたが、大勢に向かっていったところ、門を打ち破る槌で打ち倒され、右の傷で働くことができなくなりました。
一 同人が申し上げるには、乱入した者どもが一か所に固まって裏門から入り込みました。門から外の分については、手負いで働くことができないため見届けることができませんでした。小屋が門の脇にあるため、右の通り見届けました。以上
一 取次玄関で手負いした齋藤十郎兵衛の口上 私は当番で広間に寝ておりましたところ、大勢が切り込んできたので働きましたが手負いしました。手の傷が重いので働きかねます。
一 取次小屋口で手負いした清水団右衛門の口上 小屋にいたところ、火事だと言うので出ましたが、槍や長刀で刃向かってきたので、大勢であるため槍傷も刀傷も負いました。屋形まで出ようとしたところ、深手で倒れました。
