罷在候処大勢切込申候に付左兵衛寝間へ参候得は大勢に而向ひ申候に付
手疵負申候
一山吉新八口上私儀小屋に罷在候処火事と申候に付罷出候得は鑓長刀に而
刃向ひ候へ共切抜旦那居間近所迄参候処乱入候者罷在候に付相働手
負申候重手故其後働れ不申候

現代語訳
一 用人小屋の宮石所左衛門の口上 小屋におりましたところ騒動が起こったので、急いで出ましたが、小屋の前で大勢に向かって手負いし、働くことができなくなりました。
一 中小姓近習番所で手負いした宮石新兵衛の口上 私は近習の泊まり番でおりましたところ、大勢が切り込んできたので左兵衛の寝間へ参りましたが、大勢で向かってきたため手に傷を負いました。
一 山吉新八の口上 私は小屋におりましたところ、火事だと言うので出ましたが、槍や長刀で刃向かってきました。しかし切り抜けて旦那の居間近くまで参りましたところ、乱入した者がいたので戦って手負いしました。重傷のためその後は働けません。
一 役人小屋口で手負いした加藤太左衛門の口上 私は小屋におりましたところ、右の騒動により
