現代語訳
出ましたところ、小屋の前で手負いしました。
一 中小姓近習泊まり番で手負いした永松九郎兵衛の口上 近習泊まり番でおりましたところ、大勢が切り込んできたので戦いましたが手負いしました。
一 同じく松山三左衛門の口上 私は屋敷が騒がしくなったので出ましたところ、小屋の前に四五人もいて刃向かってきたので、なんとか切り抜けたいと思いましたが、手負いして戦えなくなりました。
一 同じく玄関で手負いした天野貞之進の口上 広間当番でおりましたところ、大勢が切り込んできたので戦いましたが、深手を負ったため旦那の近くの座敷で倒れました。
一 同じく中小姓座敷当番で手負いし倒れた堀江勘左衛門の口上 書院近くの座敷におりましたところ、乱入した者が切り込んできたので戦って手負いしました。
