一右之趣伯耆守殿被 仰渡直に左兵衛殿諏訪安芸守殿御請取御家
来警固仕屋敷江引取申候 猪子左大夫殿同道

〇一、上杉弾正大弼殿が左兵衛殿の件についてお伺いを立てたところ、御遠慮なされることとなった。《割書：ただし四月朔日に御赦免》
〇一、諏訪安芸守殿《割書：忠庵、従五位下諸大夫、三万二千石、居城は信州高島》
一、右の趣旨を伯耆守殿が仰せ渡され、直ちに左兵衛殿を諏訪安芸守殿がお受け取りになり、御家来が警固して屋敷へ引き取った。 猪子左大夫殿が同道した。
▢一、左兵衛殿の配所への供は、左右田孫兵衛と山吉新八郎である。
▢一、お預かり先四ヶ所へ二月四日に御老中方から御奉書が到来した。

〇 When Lord Uesugi Danjō-daihitsu made inquiry regarding Lord Saheiji's matter, it was decided that he should exercise restraint.《Marginal note: However, pardoned on the first day of the fourth month》
〇 Lord Suwa Aki-no-kami 《Marginal note: Chūan, Junior Fifth Rank Lower Grade Shōdayū, 32,000 koku, castle residence at Takashima in Shinshū》
Lord Hōki-no-kami proclaimed the above matter, and immediately Lord Suwa Aki-no-kami took custody of Lord Saheiji, with his retainers providing guard as they withdrew to the mansion. Lord Inoko Sadayū accompanied them.
▢ The attendants for Lord Saheiji's journey to his place of confinement were Sōda Magobei and Yamayoshi Shinhachirou.
▢ On the fourth day of the second month, official letters arrived from the Council of Elders to the four places of custody.
