丹後守殿列座被仰付候。幼少の子は母親類へ御預け、十五歳より遠島なり。
一、大石吉千代、木村惣十郎出家の願い相叶い出家仕り候。
一、切腹の時はいずれも下に白小袖、熨斗目、麻上下着用、一度に両人ずつ罷り出て切腹申し候。介添人前廉、御預け方御伺い被成、御指図これあるなり。
一、細川越中守殿宅にて介添人
