名利に相叶難有仕合奉存候然る上は存分に切腹仕度存候へは
某声を相図に御介借奉頼候と申候而扨左之あはら下へ押立
右之方へ引廻し又鳩尾先江押立臍下迄押下け十文字に切り
脇差を三方にのせひちを張首を■【述ヵ】介借頼申と申候而首を
被討候由 【内蔵助跡に残り切腹の下如何】
▢一潮田又之丞は首半かゝりけれは自身左の手に而押上けふへ
かゝりたり〳〵と二声迄申候由
▢一大石瀬左衛門は末席に出ぬれとも聊気おくれたる体なく静かに
礼儀を述数日寝席を俱にせし人今既に去て跡なし我も
現代語訳
名誉に相応しく、ありがたい仕合わせと存じます。そうである以上は、存分に切腹いたしたく存じますので、
某（それがし）の声を合図に介錯をお願いします」と申して、さて左の肋骨下へ刀を押し立て、
右の方へ引き回し、また鳩尾の先へ押し立てて臍下まで押し下げ、十文字に切り、
脇差を三方に載せ、肘を張って首を述べ「介錯をお願いします」と申して首を
討たれたという。 【内蔵助が最後に残って切腹した次第は以下の通り】
▢一、潮田又之丞は首が半分かかったので、自身左の手でそれを押し上げ「苦しい」
「苦しい」と二声まで申したという。
▢一、大石瀬左衛門は末席に出たけれども、少しも気後れした様子もなく静かに
