追着なんと独言して存分に切腹しける由
一松平隠岐守殿御預け之大石主税万端残る所なき仕形之由大
高源五事十人目に出申候而押はたぬき脇差を戴き不申直に
腹に押立右之脇江引廻し候所を首を打申候年若者には能仕形
と誉申候
▢一毛利甲斐守殿御預之内杉野十平次事脇差を戴申候所を介
錯仕候かゝつたと申候少しかゝり候由
【切腹前よほとの間有之候故上下を頓に着し隙に罷在候とて今世】
【之仕おさめにと一同に役を定築地御屋敷に而はやり申候枕拍子を】
【おとり申候由毛利殿之十人は何も若き者共故御預之内か様之事に而日を暮由】
【此事余り健気過にくき程に有之由甲斐守殿留守居中慥に物語之由】

追いつかん」と独り言を言って、存分に切腹したという。
▢一、松平隠岐守殿にお預けの大石主税は、万事に残るところのない立派な仕方であったという。大
高源五は十人目に出て、押し畳んで脇差を頂かず、直に
腹に押し立て右の脇へ引き回したところで首を打たれた。年若い者には良い仕方
であると褒められた。
▢一、毛利甲斐守殿にお預けの中で、杉野十平次は脇差を頂いたところで介
錯された。「かかった」と言った。少しかかったという。
【切腹前にかなりの間があったので、上下の衣服をきちんと着て暇に過ごしていると言って、今生】
【最後の仕事納めにと、一同に役を決めて築地御屋敷で流行りの枕拍子を】
【踊ったという。毛利殿の十人は皆若い者たちなので、お預けの間、このような事で日を暮らしたという】
【この事はあまりに勇ましく憎らしいほどであったという。甲斐守殿の留守居が確かに物語ったという】

ka Gengo appeared as the tenth person, and without receiving the short sword in the folded manner, immediately
thrust it into his belly and drew it around to his right side, whereupon his head was struck. For a young person, this was considered
a fine performance and was praised.
▢ Item: Among those entrusted to Lord Mōri Kai-no-kami, Sugino Jūheiji was given the kaishakunin's stroke
just as he received the short sword. He said "It struck." It struck slightly.
