▢一四拾六人之死骸壱人宛ふとんに包桶に入銘々名を札に書付その其上
を大風呂敷に包乗物に而泉岳寺江御預け方ゟ被遣候尤法事
料も被遣候由
〇一其夜越中守殿ゟ取置料として金五拾両[銀五拾枚]隠岐守殿ゟ
銀[廿枚（五拾枚）]甲斐守殿監物殿ゟ銀[三百枚宛（弐拾枚宛被遣）][御三家方ゟも銀弐百]
[枚三百枚宛被遣其外（後々迄法事料とては不被遣之由）衣類大小等も不残泉岳寺へ被遣]四十六人
之為とて泉岳寺山門を作る造立被仕候由【此山門之事如何不審】
右当寺山門は古昔ゟ有之候再興と相見候由
一四ヶ所に而切腹之規式或は幕を張白張之屏風白砂之上に筵を敷

▢一、四十六人の遺体は一人ずつ布団に包んで桶に入れ、銘々の名前を札に書き付けてその上を大風呂敷に包み、乗り物でお預け先から泉岳寺へ送られた。もちろん法事料も送られたという。
〇一、その夜、越中守殿からは取り置き料として金五十両（銀五十枚）、隠岐守殿からは銀（二十枚（五十枚））、甲斐守殿・監物殿からは銀（三百枚ずつ（二十枚ずつ遣わされた））（御三家からも銀二百枚・三百枚ずつ遣わされ、その他（後々まで法事料としては遣わされなかったという）衣類・大小等も残らず泉岳寺へ遣わされた）。四十六人のためとして泉岳寺の山門を作り造立されたという【この山門のことはいかがなものか疑問である】
右の当寺山門は古昔から有り、再興と見えるという。

▢ Item: The corpses of the forty-six men were each wrapped in futon bedding, placed in tubs, with their individual names written on tags, then wrapped in large furoshiki cloths and sent by palanquin from their respective places of custody to Sengaku-ji Temple. Of course, funds for memorial services were also sent.
〇 Item: That night, Lord Echizen-no-kami sent fifty ryō of gold (fifty pieces of silver) as storage fees, Lord Oki-no-kami sent silver (twenty pieces (fifty pieces)), and Lords Kai-no-kami and Kenbutsu sent silver (three hundred pieces each (twenty pieces each were sent)) (the Three Great Houses also sent two hundred to three hundred pieces of silver each, and other items (memorial service fees were not sent thereafter) including clothing and swords were all sent to Sengaku-ji Temple without exception). It is said that the mountain gate of Sengaku-ji Temple was built and erected for the sake of the forty-six men 【There are doubts about this matter of the mountain gate】
The aforementioned temple gate has existed since ancient times and appears to be a reconstruction.
