一片岡源右衛門磯貝十郎左衛門は長矩公の尊骸を請取落髪迄
仕候者共也一度はたゆみて人口にも懸りしか終には本心に返りて義に死す
一富森助右衛門大有徳の人也百年をもゆたかに暮す程に而何不足

一、前原伊助は行商人として身をやつし、吉良殿の門前で神崎与五郎と同宿して、あらゆることを探っていた。
一、吉田沢右衛門、間瀬孫九郎、小野寺五郎右衛門、間十次郎、同新六、奥田貞右衛門等は、父とともに義のために死ぬことに感動し、死を共にする一族である。
一、木村岡右衛門は君主の寵愛を受けることなく命を捨てて家への忠義をなし、祖父の功労を継いで義のために死んだ。
一、片岡源右衛門と磯貝十郎左衛門は、長矩公のご遺体を引き取り、出家するまで仕えた者たちである。一度は気持ちが緩んで人々の噂にもなったが、最終的には本心に立ち返って義のために死んだ。
