浅野内匠頭家来大高源五打死死骸取捨候仁江
酒代右之通に御座候已上
右之外相替儀無御座候以上
一十四日之夜近所より見分に出申候者之物語
上野介殿之屋敷を百人余に而取巻表門前に三人引は
なれ居候而下知仕候壱人は挟箱に腰を懸居申候如何様之
義かと尋可申と近寄候処あの方より挨拶に御気遣は
無之候御用候は可被仰聞と申候故近寄候得は挟箱に腰掛
