一大野出奔之事 一右に付御目付衆江鵤村御止宿之節申上之事
一岡嶋大野宅江参り夫より大野立退之事
一萩原兄弟大筒を脇坂殿江売候事 一坊主宗円事
一村々百性公事に而庄や召連郡代江出幷荘屋共自害入水家を潰され候事
一御目付衆御旅宿一泊り之鵤村に而植村江仕構之書付御渡し之事
一同断用人名前供連行列之事
一同断四月十六日赤穂御着大石植村田中等御迎且直に御旅宿江参る事
一戸田井上も御迎幷伺に罷出候事
