一、同五年巳年八月、貞昭様の御小性を仰せ付けられ、勤め方は只今までの通り相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事

One: In the eighth month of the fifth year, year of the snake, was appointed as Lord Sadaaki's personal attendant (okoshō), and was ordered to continue serving in the same manner as before.
One: In the twelfth month of the same year, was appointed to supervise the lord's private quarters attendants.
One: In the fourth month of the sixth year, year of the horse, after Lord Sadaaki's petition for succession as legitimate grandson was approved, during his formal procession, served in the entourage wearing regular formal dress (jōge), and was ordered to lead the attendant group in the capacity of head attendant.
One: In the sixth month of the same year, for serving diligently for several years, was granted the privilege of wearing regular formal dress.
One: In the twelfth month of the same year, for serving devotedly during the young lord's time, was privately granted an old ceremonial kosode robe.
