現代語訳
一、同四年子年七月、貞昭様が日光の御名代を仰せ蒙られたにつき、御供を仰せ付けられ、思し召しをもって金五両を下し置かれた事
一、同五年丑年四月、御表様の御供をも仰せ付けられる間、御刀番に加わり申し合わせて相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事
一、同六年寅年正月、出精して相勤め、表役の儀について別して労費もこれ有る儀につき、ついては只今までの御役料の外に三十石の御役料を下し置かれた事
一、同年八月、この度一人勤めを仰せ付けられた処、あれこれ出精してよく相勤めたにつき、年々下し置かれていた晒の代として、貞昭様の思し召しをもって御帷子を下し置かれた事
一、同年十二月、表役を引き通し一人にて相勤め、労費もこれ有りの由につき、これまで下し置かれていた銀子を増やされ、年々十枚宛を下し置かれた事
一、同月、御部屋御手廻方御分規を引き受け、手始の儀に候処、御入方が格別減少したにつき
