候事
一同四辰年十二月新左衛門と改名仕度
旨被任願候事
一同五巳年十二月望月縫殿之丞六男
六蔵聟養子ニ仕度旨被任願候事
一同八申年三月於講所配膳之式致
指南候様被 仰付候事
一寛政元酉年十二月五拾年余品々
之御役相勤且配膳指南方をも被
仰付置候処何も出精相勤候ニ付是
迄之御擬作御知行百石ニ御直被下
置之旨被 仰出候事
一同二戊年九月土屋一庵上屋敷被下
置候事
一同九巳年十一月願之通配膳指南
被成御免候事
一同十午年二月悴六蔵先達而病死
仕候ニ付次男馬之助義嫡子ニ仕度旨

一 同四年辰年十二月、新左衛門と改名したい旨の願いを許された事
一 同五年巳年十二月、望月縫殿之丞の六男六蔵を聟養子にしたい旨の願いを許された事
一 同八年申年三月、講所において配膳の式を指南するよう仰せ付けられた事
一 寛政元年酉年十二月、五十年余り品々の御役を相勤め、且つ配膳指南方をも仰せ付け置かれた所、何れも出精して相勤めたにつき、これまでの御擬作御知行百石に御直し下し置かれる旨を仰せ出された事
一 同二年戌年九月、土屋一庵上屋敷を下し置かれた事
一 同九年巳年十一月、願いの通り配膳指南を御免になった事
一 同十年午年二月、悴六蔵が先達て病死したにつき、次男馬之助を嫡子にしたい旨を頼み許された事

1. In the eleventh month of Kansei 9, year of the snake: As requested, he was relieved of his ceremonial meal service instruction duties
1. In the second month of Kansei 10, year of the horse: Since his son Rokuzō had recently died of illness, his request to make his second son Umanosuke the heir was granted
