現代語訳
一 同二年丑年四月、去る十月より無欠勤で相勤めた段を仰せ出された事
一 同年八月、貞昭様が御下向なされた節、御道中の御供を仰せ付けられ、下って参った所、草加宿より御戻りになったため、御往来の御供を仕った事
一 同三年寅年三月、御入用が無いため当務を御免になり、会津勝手外様組付を仰せ付けられた。これまで精出して相勤めたため、御褒美として銀子二枚を下し置かれた
