ニ付於 御城相組一同御料理被下置候

一同月御固御用相勤候ニ付而ハ数日逗留も
有之諸費も可在之義ニ付金三両弐

一同年四月外之助養子ニ仕度旨願申上

所、海陸往来を始め、彼の地において数日勤労したため、御城において相組一同御料理を下し置かれた事
一 同月、御固の御用を相勤めたため、数日逗留もあり諸費もかかる義のため、金三両二分を下し置かれた事
一 同六年巳年三月、雄左衛門と改名したい旨を任せ頼まれた事
一 同年四月、外之助を養子にしたい旨願い申し上げた所、外之助の義は祖叔父に相当するため養子にする義は成り難い。しかしながら血脈の者であるので、池上の家を相続する義は仰せ付けられる旨を仰せ出された事
一 同月、頭の三宅孫兵衛が御役替のため、跡役として井深志津摩組に罷り成った事
一 同年八月、去年中蝦夷地御固の御用を仰せ付けられ、永々勤労し、かつ道中人馬才判等を精出して相勤めたため、御時服一つを下し置かれた
