現代語訳
病死いたしたところ、平日不孝な振る舞いをしていたと聞こし召され、跡式を下されず、明暦三年五月、養子所左衛門は常に不孝者ではございませんので、何とか召し仕えられ下し置かれたく旨、養母が願い申し上げ、その後万治二年二月、身延（山）へ人を上げてお詫びに付き、帰参を仰せ付けられ、召し出され、御目見えを仰せ付けられ、御擬作（知行）は追って下されるべき旨仰せ出されたこと
一、同年十月、御知行百石を下し置かれ、瀬木三郎左衛門組へ入り、御城御番を相勤めたこと
一、寛文八年七月、御代官兼務を仰せ付けられたこと
一、同十年七月、頭瀬木三郎左衛門が御役御免に付き、跡役として神保茂左衛門組に罷り成ったこと
一、延宝四年三月、猪狩金三郎の弟久四郎を聟養子にしたく旨、願いを任せられたこと

When [the adoptive father] died of illness, it was heard that [the son] had been behaving impiously on a daily basis, so succession rights were not granted. In the 5th month of Meireki 3 (1657), the adoptive mother petitioned that the adopted son Shozaemon was not habitually an impious person and requested that he be taken into service somehow. Later, in the 2nd month of Manji 2 (1659), someone was sent to Mount Minobu to offer apologies, and as a result, he was ordered to return to service, was summoned, granted an audience, and was told that his stipend would be granted later.
- In the 10th month of the same year, he was granted a stipend of 100 koku, joined Seki Saburōzaemon's unit, and served guard duty at the castle
- In the 7th month of Kanbun 8 (1668), he was appointed to concurrently serve as deputy magistrate
- In the 7th month of Kanbun 10 (1670), when the head Seki Saburōzaemon was relieved of his duties, he transferred to Jinbo Mozaemon's unit as his successor
- In the 3rd month of Enpō 4 (1676), he was granted permission to adopt Kyūshirō, the younger brother of Igari Kinzaburō, as his son-in-law and heir
