現代語訳
城中の御番を相勤めた件
一 明和三年（1766年）五月、頭の梶原平馬が若年寄に任命されたため、その跡職として日向三郎右衛門組になった件
一 同八年（1771年）九月、御供番を仰せ付けられた件
一 同九年（1772年）三月、御供として勤番のため江戸に上り、同十月に帰国した
ただし御道中並びに陣中において皆勤を果たした
段については仰せ出され、この後毎度御称美をいただいた件
一 天明二年（1782年）四月、勤番として江戸表へ上り、同十月に帰国した件
一 同三年（1783年）四月、家督として御知行百石を相違なく下し置かれ、今まで通り御供番を相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた件
一 同年四月、御迎えのため立ち帰り上り、同五月に御供して帰国した件
一 同六年（1786年）十月、勤番として江戸表へ
