一 同年九月、親の所左衛門の実父山内悦遊が拝領した御紋の御小袖・御帷子を譲り置いたので、冥加のために着用したい旨を願い出て許可された件
一 同月、兼ねてより槍術を怠らず出精していることと見受けられ、先達て皆とともに一覧の節に業も行い奇特な儀であるので、これにより御酒を下し置かれ、この後なお一層懈怠なく仕合等に励むべきであると思召しの旨仰せ出された件
一 同月、勤番のために江戸表へ罷り登り、翌巳五月に御供して罷り下った件
一 同十一年（1798年）九月、養子敬三郎との不縁につき、本姓横山瀧右衛門方へ返したい旨を願い出て許可された件
