　不例之節兼而仲ケ間共溜金致
　置如何程之御用成とも自力ニ而相

　仰付候処原彦兵衛即時ニ出記致

　相立候段奇特成儀と被
　思召候旨被　仰出候事
一同四卯年四月養子文四郎不縁
　ニ付本性坂井吉兵衛方へ相返度旨

一同年五月横山伝蔵二男幸治郎
　聟養子ニ仕度旨被任願候事
一同六巳年十二月　御登城御先
　立御予参等之御規格とも宜取調
　候ニ付御酒被下置候事
一同八未年正月二日五拾八歳ニ而病
　死法名清光院浄誉湛然居士道
　師菩提山極楽寺葬所同上

現代語訳

一 同三年（文化三年、1806年）十一月、御先々代様（松平容頌）が御病気の折、かねて仲間たちと共に溜金をしておき、いかほどの御用であっても自力で相勤めたい旨を申し出て、江戸表への早打ち御使を仰せ付けられた所、原彦兵衛が即座に出立した。かねがね仲間一同の心がけがよく、不時の御用に役立った段は奇特なことと思し召される旨を仰せ出された件

一 同四年（文化四年、1807年）四月、養子文四郎を離縁につき、本姓坂井吉兵衛方へ返したい旨を願い出て許可された件

一 同年五月、横山伝蔵の二男幸治郎を聟養子にしたい旨を願い出て許可された件

一 同六年（文化六年、1809年）十二月、御登城の御先立、御予参等の御規格なども良く取り調べたことにより、御酒を下し置かれた件

一 同八年（文化八年、1811年）正月二日、五十八歳で病死。法名は清光院浄誉湛然居士、導師は菩提山極楽寺、葬所も同上

1. Eleventh month of Bunka 3 (1806): When the lord's grandfather (Matsudaira Yoshinobu) fell ill, [Hara Hikobei and his colleagues] had previously saved money together and offered to serve any duties at their own expense. When appointed as express messengers to Edo, Hara Hikobei departed immediately. It was announced that the good intentions of all the colleagues, who had always been prepared to serve in times of emergency, were considered most commendable.

1. Fourth month of Bunka 4 (1807): Petitioned to return the adopted son Bunshirō to the Sakai Kichibei family due to severance of the adoption, which was granted.

1. Fifth month of the same year: Petitioned to take Kōjirō, the second son of Yokoyama Denzō, as an adopted son-in-law, which was granted.

1. Twelfth month of Bunka 6 (1809): For properly investigating the protocols for castle attendance, advance visits, and preliminary visits, he was granted sake.

1. Second day of the first month of Bunka 8 (1811): Died of illness at age fifty-eight. Buddhist name: Seikōin Jōyo Tannen Koji. Officiating priest from Bodaisan Gokurakuji Temple, buried at the same location.
