現代語訳
一、同三年酉年十二月、恭定様が御麻疹（はしか）にかかられた際、御膳番仮役として出精して相勤め、不寝番の御相手なども良く務めたにつき、御褒美として銀子二枚を下し置かれた事
一、同月、仲間とも内々で迷惑をかけることがあろうと思し召され、常府中は銀子五枚ずつを下し置かれる旨仰せ出された事
一、同五年亥年七月、御膳番を仰せ付けられた事
一、同年十二月、御膳番並の御加増金一両を下し置かれた事
一、同六年子年九月、恭定様が初めて御目見えなさった際の御用向きに出精して相勤めたにつき、御褒美として銀子二枚を下し置かれた事

One: In the twelfth month of the third year, year of the rooster, when Lord Kyōtei suffered from measles, served diligently as temporary meal service official, and performed well even in night watch duties and attendance. For this was granted two pieces of silver as reward.
One: In the same month, thinking that this might cause hardship for him and his colleagues in their private circumstances, it was announced that five pieces of silver each would be granted during residence in the capital.
One: In the seventh month of the fifth year, year of the boar, was appointed as meal service official (gozenban).
One: In the twelfth month of the same year, was granted an additional stipend of one ryō as meal service official of regular rank.
One: In the ninth month of the sixth year, year of the rat, for diligently carrying out duties related to Lord Kyōtei's first formal audience, was granted two pieces of silver as reward.
One: In the sixth month of the seventh year, year of the ox, was granted the former residence of Maruyama Muraemon.
One: In the fourth month of the ninth year, year of the rabbit, accompanied the lord's entry into the domain by going down to Aizu.
One: In the fifth month of the same year, it was announced that he had served diligently and well in all matters during the lord's first journey down to the domain.
