一陣を相勤めた。
一、元禄元午年五月、日向三郎右衛門の猪苗代御城代御免につき、在番を仰せ付けられ相勤めた。
一、同五申年四月、勤番として江戸表へ罷り登り、同九月に罷り下った。
一、同七戌年三月、年が至極し種々の病気につき、御役儀を御詫び申し上げたところ、結講なされ御意をもって御赦免遊ばされなかった。
一、同八亥年二月、願いの通り御役を御免になった。
一、同十一寅年十一月、願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられた。
一、宝永四亥年十月三日、八十四歳にて病死。法名は自光院殿天性寿楽居士。葬所は同上。

One: 1st year of Genroku (1688), year of the horse, fifth month, due to Hinata Saburōemon being relieved of his position as castellan of Inawashiro Castle, appointed to garrison duty and served.
One: Same 5th year (1692), year of the monkey, fourth month, went up to Edo for guard duty, returned in the same year ninth month.
One: Same 7th year (1694), year of the dog, third month, having reached advanced age and suffering from various illnesses, humbly requested to be relieved of official duties, but after deliberation, by [the lord's] decision, was not granted permission to retire.
One: Same 8th year (1695), year of the boar, second month, as requested, was relieved of official duties.
One: Same 11th year (1698), year of the tiger, eleventh month, as requested, was granted permission to retire.
One: 4th year of Hōei (1707), year of the boar, tenth month, third day, died of illness at age 84. Buddhist name: Jikōin-den Tenshō Juraku Koji. Burial place: same as above.
