現代語訳
御香奠を持参し相勤めた。
一、天和元酉年四月、猪苗代御城代を仰せ付けられ、絹二疋を下し置かれた。
一、同二戌年三月、会津において乗物を御免になり下された。
一、同三亥年三月、番頭に仰せ付けられ、御加増二百石を下し置かれ、跡役を仰せ付けられるまで、これまでの通り相勤めるよう仰せ付けられ、同六月、跡役を樋口七郎右衛門に引き渡した。
一、貞享元子年四月、勤番として江戸表へ罷り登り、一陣を相勤めた。
一、同三寅年閏三月、奥平新八郎の明屋敷を下し置かれた。
一、同四卯年四月、御上京遊ばされるにつき、浜御屋敷御留守居を仰せ付けられ、罷り登り相勤めた。
一、同年六月、京都への御使を仰せ付けられ、御任官の御札、禁裏・仙洞・院中方への被献物を持参し相勤めた。
