現代語訳
翌未年三月に帰参した。
一、同年十一月、江戸表において恭定様の御家督相続が仰せ出されたため、会津へその御告知のため差し下され、右の御用を相勤め、同月に帰府した。
一、宝暦元年二月、去る冬の御家督相続の節から御取り込み中に精を出して相勤めた段を仰せ出された。
一、同年十月、御徒支配を仰せ付けられた。
一、同二年三月、小番頭を仰せ付けられた。
一、同月、勤番のため江戸表へ登り、同九月に下った。
ただし定例の拝領物を仕った。
一、同月、正覚院様の御法事が広徳寺において御執行されるにつき、惣司を仰せ付けられ相勤めた。
一、同四年三月、勤番のため江戸表へ登り、同九月に下った。

□国目付衆の御屋敷が焼失したため、居宅を御借用されることになり、居宅を早速御普請して役□を渡すよう、もっとも坂内喜右衛門□宅を御借用されるので引き移るよう仰せ付けられた。

Returned in the 3rd month of the following Mi year (1751).
