但定和之拝領物仕候事
一、同年十一月、恭定様の御麻疹（おんましん）の御快癒の御祝儀として、綿二把を下し置かれた。
一、同五年正月、奉行職を仰せ付けられ、御用の書類への連名・加判を仰せ付けられ、纏馬印（まというまじるし）を御免され、同心料を下し置かれる旨を仰せ出された。
一、同年二月、会津において乗物を御免された。
一、同年三月、勤番のため江戸表へ罷り登り、同九月に罷り下った。
一、同年七月、御前において麻の御上下を下し置かれた。
一、同年九月、勤番を相仕舞い罷り下ったにつき、絹一疋・綿百目・晒一疋を下し置かれた。

One: Same 5th year (1755), 1st month, was appointed to the position of magistrate (bugyō), ordered to co-sign and seal official documents, granted permission for command flags and horse insignia (matoi uma-jirushi), and was proclaimed to receive allowances for subordinates (dōshin-ryō).
One: Same year, 2nd month, granted permission to use a palanquin in Aizu.
One: Same year, 3rd month, went up to Edo for guard duty service and returned in the 9th month of the same year.
