一同年十一月 御入輿ニ付為御祝儀
恭定様ゟ綿三把
浄心院様ゟ長綿七把被下置候事
一同月阿部飛騨守様ゟ此度之為御祝儀
紗綾二巻干鯛五枚被下置候事
一同月御招請御用相勤候ニ付於
御前御懇之 御意之上御紋之御綿
入御羽織壱ツ御小袖一重被下置候
但【朱挿入】「同月召出候節」常和之拝領物被下置候事
一同十一巳年四月 御着城被遊候為御祝
儀御古御帷子一重被下置候事
一同十二午年正月五拾八歳ニ而病死法名天籌

現代語訳
一、同年十一月、御入輿（結婚式）につき御祝儀として
恭定様より綿三把
浄心院様より長綿七把を下し置かれた。
一、同月、阿部飛騨守様よりこの度の御祝儀として、紗綾二巻、干鯛五枚を下し置かれた。
一、同月、御招請御用を勤めたことにより、御前において御懇意の御意を賜った上、御紋付きの御綿入御羽織一つ、御小袖一重を下し置かれた。
ただし【朱書き挿入】「同月召し出された節」常和の拝領物を下し置かれた。
一、同十一巳年（1761年）四月、御着城された御祝儀として、御古御帷子一重を下し置かれた。
一、同十二午年（1762年）正月、五十八歳にて病死。法名は天籌院殿仁兵泰寛居士。葬所は同上。

From Lord Kyōtei: three bundles of cotton
From Lord Jōshin'in: seven bundles of long cotton were granted.
One: Same month, from Lord Abe Hida-no-kami, for this celebration, two rolls of silk gauze (shaya) and five dried sea bream were granted.
One: Same month, for performing the duty of entertaining guests, received kind words from the lord in his presence, and was granted one padded haori jacket with the lord's crest and one kosode robe.
However [red ink insertion] "when summoned the same month," regular grant items were bestowed.
One: Same 11th year of the Snake (1761), 4th month, for the celebration of the lord's arrival at the castle, was granted one used summer robe.
One: Same 12th year of the Horse (1762), 1st month, died of illness at age 58. Buddhist posthumous name: Tenshū-in-den Jihei Taikan Koji. Burial place: same as above.
