現代語訳
一、同三年卯年（1783年）四月、勤番のため江戸表へ赴き、同十月に帰参した。
一、同四年辰年（1784年）閏正月、締り方として郭外廻り勤を仰せ付けられた。
一、同五年巳年（1785年）五月、御預人田村清五郎を公事所から受け取り、同六月中に杉田大八方へ引き渡した。
一、同六年午年（1786年）九月、郭外廻り勤を三ヶ年精励して勤めたことにより、御褒美として綿二把を下し置かれた。
一、同八年申年（1788年）三月、御家老組々頭を仰せ付けられた。
一、寛政元年酉年（1789年）十月、番頭を仰せ付けられ、纏馬印を御免成されたい旨が仰せ出された。
一、同年十二月、会津において乗物御免成されたい旨が仰せ出された。
一、同二年戌年（1790年）七月、病気につき辞役の願いを申し上げたところ、去年秋中に御直々に御渡しになられた御書付の御趣意にも背き、憚ることなく上に相応しからざることを思し召され、御役儀を召し放たれ小普請を仰せ付けられた旨が仰せ出された。
