一同三亥年八月追鳥狩ニ罷出候
但此後五度罷出候内壱度馬揃ニ罷出

一同年九月当追鳥狩之節両度之狩共ニ
隊々聯属都合之次第宜相見且列伍足
並進退等別而宜相揃畢竟出精いたし

左門隆信（七代目） 天明六年午年十一月二十三日誕生

和田軍兵衛重周の女
一、寛政十二年午年（1800年）三月、親の願いの通り初めての御目見を仰せ付けられた。
一、享和二年戌年（1802年）正月、親の願いの通り御番代御家老附外様士を仰せ付けられ、諸芸修行のため諸勤を仰せ付けられず、小普請料を差し出すよう仰せ出された。
但し、三番組に入った。
一、同三年亥年（1803年）八月、追鳥狩に出席した。
但し、この後五度出席した内、一度は馬揃に出席し、本郷原に一宿した。
一、同年九月、当追鳥狩の節、両度の狩りともに隊々の連携具合が良く見え、かつ列伍の足並みや進退等が別して良く揃い、つまりは出精したものと思し召される旨、組一同で御賞美を下された。

One: Kansei 12th year, year of the Horse (1800), 3rd month, as petitioned by his father, he was granted his first audience with the lord.
One: Kyōwa 2nd year, year of the Dog (1802), 1st month, as petitioned by his father, he was appointed as substitute retainer attached to the chief retainer for external vassals. As he was to focus on training in various arts, he was not assigned regular duties and was ordered to submit maintenance fees.
However, he was placed in the third unit.
One: Same 3rd year, year of the Boar (1803), 8th month, he participated in the hunting expedition.
However, of the five times he participated thereafter, once he attended the horse parade and stayed overnight at Hongōhara.
One: Same year, 9th month, during the current hunting expedition, in both hunts the coordination between units appeared excellent, and the formation, pace, advances and retreats were particularly well-coordinated. In short, recognizing his diligent efforts, the entire unit was granted commendation.
