願いを聞き入れられたこと
一、同十四年酉年十二月、内証で困窮したため、在郷したい旨を願い出て聞き入れられたこと
一、同十九年寅年正月、願いの通り出勤外様組付を仰せ付けられ、沼沢権兵衛組へ入り、御城御番を相勤めたこと
一、同年十月、竹腰郷右衛門の上屋敷を下し置かれたこと
一、同二十年卯年四月、足軽騎馬で勤番として江戸表へ上り、同年十月に帰参したこと
一、元文三年午年十月、勤番として足軽騎馬で江戸表へ上り、翌未年四月にお供として御本陣番を相勤めて帰参したこと
