段を仰せ出されたこと
一、同四年亥年九月、山形へ勤番のため赴き越し、御城御引き渡し後、秋元但馬守様より御談御用を承るよう仰せ付けられ、残居して御用が相済み、翌子年四月に罷り帰ったこと
一、同五年子年四月、秋元但馬守様の山形御城御受け取りに付き世話を致した由にて、金三分を下されたこと
一、同年七月、山形勤番中に精を出し相勤め、御引き渡しに付いては諸事引き請け御用が多くあった処、滞りなく御引き渡しが相済んだに付き、褒美として御美御召麻御上下一具、銀子三枚を下し置かれたこと
一、同七年寅年三月、御供として勤番のため罷り登り、同九月に罷り下ったこと
一、同年四月、御供御用御道中共に滞りなく相勤めた段を江戸において仰せ出されたこと
