現代語訳
その内三百石分の知行を下し置かれ、これまで下し置かれていた二百石は召し上げられた。
一、同年（月不詳）篠田内膳の二男伝兵衛を養子にしたい旨を願い出て許可された。
一、同年（月不詳）願いの通り、息子伝兵衛が番代を仰せ付けられた。
一、同二十未年（寛永二十年）、会津へ所替えの際、病気に罹っていたため再度の加増は下し置かれない筈であったが、息子伝兵衛が願い出て番代として江戸表へ上り、御入部の御供も勤めたため、格別の理由をもって再度の加増五十石を下し置かれた。
一、正保元申年九月病死。法名一華宗芸居士。葬所は祥雲山善竜寺。

One: Same 20th year of Kanei (1643), year of the sheep, during the domain transfer to Aizu, he was ill and was not supposed to receive another increase in stipend, but his son Denbei petitioned and went up to Edo as a substitute, also serving in the lord's retinue during the domain entry. Due to these exceptional circumstances, he was granted an additional increase of 50 koku.
