一同二十未年七月会津江 御所替ニ付

連可罷登よし従江戸申来候節為番

現代語訳
一、寛永十七辰年（月不詳）親の願いの通り番代を仰せ付けられた。
一、同二十未年七月、会津への所替えに付き、三百石以上の者は三十騎番頭篠田内膳が召し連れて上るべしとの旨が江戸から申し来た際、番代として上りたい段を保料民部まで申し達し、許可を得て即刻上り、同八月の御入部の御供を勤めた。
一、同年十一月、御入部の節、親が病気に罹っており、再度の御加増は下し置かれない筈であったが、願い出て番代として上り、御入部の御供も勤めたため、他とは異なり格別の理由をもって再度の御加増五十石を下し置かれた。
一、正保元辰年十月、跡式として御知行三百五十石を相違なく下し置かれ、外様組付を仰せ付けられ、今村伝十郎組に所属することとなった。
一、同二巳年十月、勤番として江戸表へ上り、一陣を勤めた。
一、慶安元子年四月、日光御社参の節、辻固めを勤めた。
英語訳
One: 17th year of Kanei (1640), year of the dragon (month unknown), appointed as substitute (bandai) as his father had petitioned.
One: Same 20th year (1643), year of the sheep, seventh month, regarding the domain transfer to Aizu, when word came from Edo that those with 300 koku or more should be brought up by the cavalry captain (sanjūki bantō) Shinoda Naizen, he reported to Horyō Minbu his desire to go up as a substitute, received permission, and immediately departed. In the eighth month of the same year, he served in the lord's retinue during the domain entry.
One: Same year, eleventh month, during the domain entry, his father was ill and was not supposed to receive another stipend increase, but because he petitioned to go up as a substitute and also served in the lord's retinue during the domain entry, unlike others and due to exceptional circumstances, he was granted an additional increase of 50 koku.
One: 1st year of Shōhō (1644), year of the dragon, tenth month, he inherited the fief of 350 koku without change and was appointed to the external vassal group (gaiyo-gumi), becoming part of Imamura Denjūrō's unit.
One: Same 2nd year (1645), year of the snake, tenth month, he went up to Edo for guard duty (kinban) and served one tour.
One: 1st year of Keian (1648), year of the rat, fourth month, during the lord's pilgrimage to Nikkō Shrine, he served in roadblock duty (tsujigame).
