現代語訳
一、同年十二月、品々の御役相勤め、御内証方の御用に精を出し相勤めたに付き、只今までの御役料の内五十石御加増に御直し下し置かれたこと
一、同九年子年十月、道義様御法事に付き御香奠差し上げ拝礼仕りたき旨を願いに任せられたこと
一、天明元年丑年四月、大元締兼務を仰せ付けられ、年々銀子十五枚ずつ下し置かれる旨を仰せ出されたこと
一、同年五月、当時御内証方へ引き張り候御用向も有り候えば、手透き次第御蔵入役所へも出席致し熟談の上御為締めよろしく取り計い、諸向共に御内証方引き張り候義は時宜に寄り出席致し熟談取り計り候様仰せ出され候こと
一、同二年寅年六月、御内御用に付き江戸表へ罷り登り、同十二月罷り下り候こと
