現代語訳
一、承応元辰年七月、御使番を仰せ付けられた。
一、同二巳年十月、勤番として江戸表へ罷り登り、仮御取次役並びに御留守居番ともに一陣勤めた。
一、明暦元未年六月、勤番として江戸表へ罷り登った。
一、万治二亥年二月、江戸勤番中、松平加賀守様が熱海へ御入湯の節、御使を仰せ付けられ、かつ上々様方より色々御進物を持参して相勤め、加賀守様より御小袖二つ御羽織を下し置かれた。
一、同三子年四月、勤番として江戸表へ罷り登った。
一、同年（月不詳）「勤番一陣相勤め罷り下った節」御懇意の御意の上、御奏者番役を仰せ付けられた。
一、寛文三卯年（月不詳）御徒支配を仰せ付けられた。
一、同四辰年閏五月、実弟左兵衛を養子にしたい旨、願いの通り任せられた。
一、同年四月、日光において大猷院様御法事が相済み候為御悦び、鳳翔院様より御老中様方その外方への御使を

One: 1st year of Jōō (1652), year of the dragon, seventh month, appointed to messenger service (tsukaiban).
One: Same 2nd year (1653), year of the snake, tenth month, went up to Edo for guard duty (kinban) and served one tour in both temporary liaison duty (kari-otoritsugiyaku) and castle keeper duty (oryūsuiban).
One: 1st year of Meireki (1655), year of the sheep, sixth month, went up to Edo for guard duty.
One: 2nd year of Manji (1659), year of the boar, second month, while on guard duty in Edo, when Lord Matsudaira Kaga-no-kami went to take hot spring baths at Atami, he was appointed as messenger and served by bringing various gifts from the lord's family. Kaga-no-kami bestowed upon him two kosode robes and a haori jacket.
One: Same 3rd year (1660), year of the rat, fourth month, went up to Edo for guard duty.
