現代語訳

十三日　御広間の煤払いが済むまでは、番頭をはじめとして門番所へ出張する。門の当番の者は、門下のくぐり道の石の向かい側で、番所に向き合うように張番を行う。下敷きの莚と上敷きの座は、前日に御広間で受け取り、お渡しされる。
　番頭からの沙汰を受けて、くぐりを仮締めにしておくこと。

一　平日で年内の御定式・御規式以外に、別段の御規式があり、門へ小頭加番を差し出す時は、その都度沙汰を受けて差し出すべきこと。

13th: Until the soot-cleaning of the main hall is completed, the guard commanders and others are stationed at the gate guardhouse. Those on gate duty shall maintain watch positioned facing the guardhouse, across from the stones of the passage under the gate. The underlaying mats and top sitting mats are received and distributed the day before in the main hall.
Upon receiving instructions from the guard commander, the passage shall be temporarily closed off.

1. On ordinary days, apart from the regular annual ceremonies and protocols, when there are special ceremonies requiring the deployment of assistant head guards to the gate, they shall be dispatched each time upon receiving instructions.
