妻 小野田助之直方の女（天和2年戌年11月28日61歳で病死、法名桃林院夏雲良天、葬所万松山天寧寺）
一、元禄6年酉年8月 親の願いの通り隠居を仰せ付けられた節、分知100石を下し置かれ、外様組付を仰せ付けられ日向三郎右衛門組へ入り、御城御番を相勤めた事
一、同8年亥年11月 御供番を仰せ付けられた事
一、同9年子年4月 御参勤御供仕立帰りに罷り登った事
一、同年9月 勤番として江戸表へ罷り登ったところ、病気につき願いの上、翌丑年2月罷り下った事
