銀子三枚被下置候事

現代語訳
入り、御城御番を相勤めた事
一、正徳5年未年4月 勤番として江戸表へ罷り登り、同10月罷り下った事
一、享保14年酉年3月 御次番を仰せ付けられた事
一、同15年戌年4月 江戸勤番として罷り登り、御道中御宿割を仰せ付けられ、同10月罷り下った
但し御道中御宿割を相勤めた褒美として、銀子3枚を下し置かれた事
一、同16年亥年2月 御目付を仰せ付けられた事
一、同年4月 御役料50石を下し置かれた事
一、同年9月 勤番として江戸表へ罷り登り、翌子年3月罷り下った事
一、同17年子年7月 願いの通り御役儀御免を成され、外様組付を仰せ付けられ春日仁左衛門組へ入り、御城御番を相勤めた事
一、同18年丑年12月 鈴木庄左衛門の弟伴助を聟養子に仕立てたい旨を願い任せられた事
