三郎左衛門に600石、次男何右衛門へ100石分知を下し置かれた事
一、同11年寅年5月 御使番を仰せ付けられた事
一、宝永5年子年7月 物頭を仰せ付けられた事
一、正徳元年卯年5月 吉川九郎兵衛の妻に不義があるとの沙汰が聞こえた上は、一身に汚れがないのであれば早速訴え出るべきところ、その義もなく、今度の尋問により九郎兵衛の妻方へ談じ入れ侘び証文を差し越した義が相現れ、不義不道の至りであるので詳細に穿鑿を遂げ、厳重に仰せ付けるようであったが、先祖より召し使われてきた者の儀であるので御宥恕により追放を仰せ付け、江戸並びに会津道中共に御構えを成される旨仰せ出された事
一、享保13年申年正月2日 水戸領森山において61歳で病死、法名恭心院可得安心
