一、元文元年辰年7月 親の願いの通り御番代を仰せ付けられ、春日仁左衛門組に入り、御城御番を相勤めた事
一、同3年午年2月 跡式御知行百石、御相違なく下し置かれた事
一、同4年未年10月 御供番を仰せ付けられた事
一、同月 何右衛門と改名仕りたい旨、願いの通りお任せいただいた事
一、寛保元年酉年4月 勤番として江戸表に罷り登り、同9月直ちに御上京御供を仰せ付けられ、同11月御供にて罷り下った事
一、同年12月 御道中無事に勤め、精出して相勤めた段をお仰せ出しいただいた事
