仰付田中加兵衛組ニ而 御城御番相勤

妻 長谷川五右衛門常精の娘 （宝暦11年巳年10月8日誕生）
一、安永4年未年12月 親の願いの通り初めての御目見えを仰せ付けられた事
一、同年閏12月 親の願いの通り御番代を仰せ付けられ、田中加兵衛組にて御城御番を相勤めた事
一、安永5年申年3月 頭の田中加兵衛が御役替えになったため、跡御役の春日和泉組となった事
一、天明2年寅年10月 御番方にて精出し、2年引き続き一組皆勤を致した段、奇特に思し召される旨を仰せ出された事
一、同5年巳年6月 跡式御知行100石を相違なく下し置かれた事
一、同7年未年2月 御番方にて精出し、10年皆勤を致した段、奇特に思し召される旨を仰せ出された事
一、同8年申年9月 町蔵奉行兼務を仰せ付けられた
