一寛政五丑年九月追鳥狩ニ罷出候事
一同六寅年三月御代官仮役被 仰
付候事
一同年十一月願之通御代官仮役御免

一同七卯年十二月御代官仮役相勤候節
郷村出金宜取計候ニ付為御褒美綿壱
把被下置候事
一同八辰年三月数年精出相勤数蔵之請払
細々心を附宜取計候ニ付為御褒美綿
弐把被下置候事
一同十一未年五月兼務御用精出相勤
候ニ付為御褒美綿弐把被下置候事
一同年九月追鳥狩之節罷出候
但此後壱度罷出候事
一同年十一月当追鳥狩之節足并調子
一隊聯属致進退手都合等宜相整
兼而出精致候儀与被 思召之旨相組

一、寛政5年丑年9月 追鳥狩に参加した事
一、同6年寅年3月 御代官仮役を仰せ付けられた事
一、同年11月 願いの通り御代官仮役を免ぜられた事
一、同7年卯年12月 御代官仮役を相勤めた節、郷村の出金を上手く取り計らったため、御褒美として綿1把を下し置かれた事
一、同8年辰年3月 数年精出して相勤め、数蔵の請払を細々と心を付けて上手く取り計らったため、御褒美として綿2把を下し置かれた事
一、同11年未年5月 兼務の御用を精出して相勤めたため、御褒美として綿2把を下し置かれた事
一、同年9月 追鳥狩の節に参加した
ただしこの後1度参加した事
一、同年11月 当追鳥狩の節、足並びおよび調子、一隊連属の進退、手配合等が上手く整い、兼ねてより精出していた事と思し召される旨、相組一同に御称美をされた
