罷越候ニ付於御用先小平伊右衛門江承
合長流之業致候様被 仰付候事
一同五辰年正月親為介添出起仕同年
八月御用相済帰着仕候
但出起之砌 御目見被 仰付御流
御酒被下置候事
一同年十月唐木助之進柔術〆り方補
相勤候様被 仰付候事
一同六巳年八月此度学授内柔術稽
古被 相止候ニ付右〆り方補勤御免被成候
是迄致出精候段被 仰出候事
一同月蝦夷地警固御用ニ付為介添罷
越候帰組江入諸役をも相勤候ニ付綿三把
被下置候事
一同七午年十月唐木助之進方ゟ柔術

何衛祐第 《割書：初め直治と称す
寛政元年酉年6月25日誕生》

一、文化4年卯年11月 親為介に付き添い蝦夷地へ赴くにつき、御用先において小平伊右衛門に師事し、長流の業を修めるよう仰せ付けられた事
一、同5年辰年正月 親為介に付き添い出立し、同年8月御用相済み帰着した
但し、出立の砌、御目見を仰せ付けられ、御流儀の御酒を下し置かれた事
一、同年10月 唐木助之進の柔術締り方補として相勤めるよう仰せ付けられた事
一、同6年巳年8月 この度学授内の柔術稽古が相止めになったにつき、右締り方補の勤めを免じられた。これまで出精した段を仰せ出された事
一、同月 蝦夷地警固御用につき付き添いとして赴いた帰りの組に入り、諸役をも相勤めたにつき、綿3把を下し置かれた事

Item 1: 11th month of Bunka 4, year of the rabbit - As he was to accompany his father Tamesuke to Ezo-chi (Hokkaido), he was ordered to study under Kodaira Iemon at the official duty location and master the Chōryū martial arts
Item 1: 1st month of Bunka 5, year of the dragon - He departed accompanying his father Tamesuke, and returned in the 8th month of the same year when official duties were completed
Note: At the time of departure, he was granted an audience and bestowed sake according to the proper protocol
Item 1: 10th month of the same year - He was appointed to serve as assistant supervisor of jujutsu under Karaki Sukenoshin
Item 1: 8th month of Bunka 6, year of the snake - As jujutsu practice within the academic instruction was discontinued this time, he was relieved of his duties as assistant supervisor. His diligent efforts up to this point were officially commended
Item 1: Same month - For accompanying the Ezo-chi guard duty, he joined the return unit and also served various roles, for which he was granted three bundles of cotton
