入四年ノ致皆勤候ニ付為御褒美御内
々麻御上下壱具被下置候事

為勤番罷登翌未五月罷下候事

入って4年間皆勤したことに対し、御褒美として御内
々に麻の御上下一具を下し置かれた事
一、同年8月 急な御参府（江戸参勤）にて御供
として勤番のため上り、翌未年5月に下った事
一、同年9月 御転任並びに御理髪のため
御祝儀として御老中様の御招請があったことに付き
服代を下し置かれた事
一、同7年未年5月
貞昭様へ度々お召しになられた処、精出して御相手
したことに付き、御内々に綿一把を下し置かれた事
一、同月 御馬懸りの御用を仰せ付け置かれた処、別
して精出し相勤めたことに付き、綿二把を下し置かれた
旨を御用人を以て仰せ出された事
