一同年三月 御参府ニ付御供為勤番
罷登翌丑五月罷下候事
一同年八月 御在国中 御馬懸り御
用別而致出精候ニ付為御褒美綿壱把
御内々被下置候事
一同年十二月御馬事之節引通し罷
出其上御馬をも御預ケ被置候処宜致出精
候ニ付御内々綿弐把被下置候事
一寛政元酉年二月当年迄拾ケ年精出
引通致皆勤候ニ付 思召を以御召古御小
袖壱被下置之旨御用人を以被 仰出候

心了院様御逝去ニ付
貞昭様 良徳院様へ御使被 仰付罷

現代語訳
事
一、同年3月 御参府に付き御供として勤番のため
上り、翌丑年5月に下った事
一、同年8月 御在国中 御馬懸りの御
用を別して精出したことに付き、御褒美として綿一把を
御内々に下し置かれた事
一、同年12月 御馬事の節、引き通し
出て、その上御馬をも御預け置かれた処、宜しく精出し
たことに付き、御内々に綿二把を下し置かれた事
一、寛政元年酉年2月 当年まで10ヶ年精出し
引き通し皆勤したことに付き 思し召しを以て御召古の御小

was appointed as messenger to Lord Sadaaki and Lord Ryotokuin, went up to Edo
was summoned by both lords and received various instructions
