松寿院様御扇子五本御鼻紙手
掛五筋被下置候
但此後毎度被下置候事
一同年五月 御下向ニ付■■被下候

請之儀最初より懸合万端被差配
宜出来候ニ付御内々綿弐肥被下置候

一同年十二月御手元御省略筋任
罷在尤 御在府以来引続精出
宜取計候ニ付為御褒美綿三把被

一同八辰年正月御召古御溜有之候
ニ付麻小紋之御羽織被下置候事

現代語訳
松寿院様より御扇子5本、御鼻紙手
掛5筋を下し置かれた
但しこの後毎度下し置かれる事

宜しく出来たことにより、御内々で綿2把を下し置かれた

一、同年2月 守能岩三郎の儀、騎射打
毬頭取を仰せ付けられたことにより、右助役を
仰せ付けの旨、御用人を以て仰せ出された事
一、同年3月 懸かりの御用を精出して相勤めたことにより
御酒を下し置かれる旨、御用人を以て
