御使相勤候処従御同人様御料理
并銀子三枚被下置候事
一同年十二月出精相勤候ニ付只今
迄之御役料金壱両御加増ニ御直

計候ニ付御内々銀子三枚被下置候
但此後度々被下置候事
一同十一未年九月奥番仮役をも相勤

現代語訳
一、同月 加藤遠江守様へ御馬を進上したことにより
御使いを相勤めたところ、御同人様から御料理
並びに銀子3枚を下し置かれた事
一、同年12月 出精して相勤めたことにより、只今
までの御役料金1両を御加増として御直々に
下し置かれた事
一、同月 御手元御省略の件について出精して宜しく取り
計らったことにより、御内々で銀子3枚を下し置かれた
ただしこの後度々下し置かれた事
一、同11未年9月 奥番仮役をも相勤め
たことにより、別段重要な御品を下し置かれる旨を御用
人を以って仰せ出され、御小袖1つ、御肩衣1つ
御馬乗袴1つを下し置かれた事
一、同年11月 丹頂鶴の御払いとなったことにより
あれこれ出精して宜しく取り計らったことにより、丹後嶋2反を
御内々で下し置かれた事
一、同月 仙台馬の御調達の件により骨折って宜しく
掛け合いを行い、御馬調達の件を取り計らったことにより、御内々で綿2
把を下し置かれた事
一、同年12月 御馬の事について引き通し罷り出て品々
