御内々被下置候事
一同十二申年二月当年迄拾ケ年精
出引通致皆勤候ニ付 思召を以為御褒
美御小袖壱ツ御内々被下置候事

良徳院様御遺物として裏付御馬乗袴
壱被下置候事
一同年九月罷下候節従
蓮受院様御包物被下置候事
一享和元酉年五月御省略筋致出
精出目金も多有之候ニ付格別之
思召を以御内々銀子弐枚被下置候事
一同年七月 御竹城内并三ノ御丸御用屋
敷新講所若葉丁 御下向御役致
出精候ニ付御召古御単物壱ツ御内々
被下置候事
一同年九月 御在国中懸御用
致出精候ニ付御内々御酒被下置候事

現代語訳
御用向きを出精して宜しく取り計らったことにより、御馬乗袴1下がりを
御内々で下し置かれた事
一、同12申年2月 当年まで10ヶ年精勤を
引き通して皆勤したことにより、思し召しを以って御褒美として
御小袖1つを御内々で下し置かれた事
一、同年7月
良徳院様の御遺物として裏付き御馬乗袴
1つを下し置かれた事
一、同年9月 罷り下った際に
蓮受院様から御包み物を下し置かれた事
一、享和元酉年5月 御省略筋で出精し、
出目金も多く有ったことにより、格別の
思し召しを以って御内々で銀子2枚を下し置かれた事
一、同年7月 御竹城内並びに三の御丸御用屋敷、
新講所、若葉町の御下向御役で
出精したことにより、御召し古の御単物1つを御内々で
下し置かれた事
